For universities & technical institutes
We make your graduates job-ready before they walk the stage.
We partner with Iraqi universities and technical institutes to deliver industry-grade training in fiber optics, cybersecurity, and AI — ready to embed in your curriculum or run as a parallel track alongside coursework.
Why partner with us
The gap between the university and the industry is real. We bridge it.
Every year, thousands of capable graduates leave Iraqi universities — and in the same year, local companies hire from abroad because lab-grade skills (fiber splicing, pen-testing, MLOps) aren't taught hands-on at scale. We bring that training inside your campus.
Lift post-graduation employment
A graduate with a verifiable hands-on skill gets hired faster. We issue accredited certificates with a public verification code that any employer can check.
Refresh syllabi without internal overhead
We bring current content, labs, materials, and instructors. Your faculty stays focused on research and academic supervision.
Differentiate your institution
Be the first university in the region to offer an accredited fiber-optics or network-pentesting track. That is a compelling admissions story.
What we teach
Three tracks. 21 courses. All hands-on.

Partnership models
Pick the model that fits your institution
We adapt to your academic calendar and available lab capacity. Each model can run on your campus, at our center, or in hybrid mode.
Elective module inside a semester
We embed one of our courses (40–60 hours) into the semester as an accredited elective. Students attend on campus or at our center and are evaluated to your university's standards.
Intensive summer track
A 4–8 week intensive program during the summer break. The graduate of this track leaves with a hands-on certificate to add to their CV before their next academic year.
Faculty enablement workshops
We upskill your faculty on current industry tools. 3–5 day workshops — ideal for institutions that prefer to keep teaching in-house but need a content refresh.
Co-branded lab inside the college
We jointly equip a permanent lab co-branded with your university and training.iq — splicing rigs, OTDRs, or a security network rack. For institutions ready for a long-term investment.
How a partnership starts
From first call to first cohort
- 1
Discovery call
We learn about your department, your students, and your calendar. 45 minutes.
- 2
Academic proposal
We deliver a teaching plan, learning outcomes, and a costing sheet within a week.
- 3
MoU and review
We sign an MoU and present to the faculty council if needed.
- 4
Cohort launch
Lab setup, instructor onboarding, and the first cohort goes live.
For the department
What your department gets
We treat universities as long-term partners, not customers. Everything we deliver is open to review, monitoring, and joint iteration.
Placement pipeline
We surface top graduates to our hiring partners
Every top performer goes into our referral list. Our partners — telecom operators, ISPs, security firms, and government bodies — ask us for shortlisted candidates regularly.
We host an on-campus hiring day once per semester, attended by recruiting managers from our industry partners.
Common questions
What deans ask before they sign
Is the content accreditable?+
Yes. We provide learning-outcome documents, a syllabus, and an assessment rubric aligned with university standards. We have helped multiple institutions list our courses as a credit-bearing module.
Who handles lab setup?+
In the simplest model we bring the gear. In the co-branded lab model, we jointly procure permanent equipment in the university's name and handle the technical training and maintenance.
What does it cost?+
It varies by model and cohort size. We offer group discounts for partner universities and support either per-student or flat-fee pricing. Every quote is transparent and documented.
Do you work with public universities?+
Yes — most of our current academic partners are public-sector universities. We are familiar with government procurement, and can provide all required documentation (technical proposal, financial proposal, registration certificate, etc.).
Drop the details of your department or faculty and our partnerships team will reach out within 48 hours.
Faculty workshops
We upskill faculty on current tooling so they can keep their syllabi current themselves.
Accredited certificates
Each certificate has a public verification code that any employer can check.
Flexible scheduling
We work around your academic calendar, exam weeks, and holidays.
